Viviendo en entornos urbanos y con un sistema agroalimentario desconectado de los ciclos naturales hemos terminado por no conocer cuales son las temporadas de los productos. En el proyecto de comedores escolares ecológicos de FUHEM hacemos una apuesta fuerte por la temporalidad y seguimos este calendario de temporadas.
